Shipping Policy
How are orders shipped?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed and shipped using USPS shipping with Ground Advantage, and a tracking number is included.
When are orders shipped?
We ship daily Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is sent via USPS shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout during the order processing phase, including options for USPS shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I'm sorry but we are unable to accept international orders at this time due to our current order processing limitations, including USPS shipping restrictions.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order is lost or delayed during transit due to USPS shipping issues, please send us a message. We will do everything we can to update you on your order processing or assist you in recovering your package or re-shipping it if necessary.
Do you accept returns?
If you wish to return your product, it must be returned unopened in the original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or USPS shipping damage. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product in good condition and in the original unopened packaging. If the packaging is opened upon return, the refund will not be issued.
