How are orders shipped?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage Shipping with a tracking number included.
When are orders shipped?
We ship daily Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I'm sorry but we are not accepting international orders at this time.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please send us a message and we will do everything we can to provide you with an update or means to recover your package or re-ship if necessary.
Do you accept returns?
If you wish to return your product, it must be returned unopened in the original packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping if not related to a product defect or shipping damage. Your refund will be sent within 24 hours once the product is received in good condition in the original un-opened packaging. If the packaging is returned and has been opened, you will not receive a refund.
