SHIPPING POLICY & ORDER PROCESSING

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped using USPS First-Class Shipping with a tracking number included.

We ship daily Monday - Friday and are usually able to accommodate rush Saturday shipping upon request at no extra charge.  Generally speak, any order received before 1 PM EST will ship out that same day.

Domestic orders with a total of $34.99 or higher will receive free shipping!  All orders below that amount are charged a flat $2.99 shipping charge.

Yes we do!  As long as the product is legal in your territory, we will send it to you!  International order shipping fees are charged separately, though.  After you place your order, you will receive a shipping invoice within about 24 hours with the shipping charges to your location.  Please note that the domestic free shipping policy does not apply for international orders!

If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please send us a message and we will do everything we can to try and recover your package.  The postal service is experiencing unusual circumstances at the moment due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic along with internal mismanagement that is slowing sorting processes and delivery.  Because of that, some orders are taking much longer to arrive, but this is still only affecting less than around 5% of all orders, so please bare this in mind and be patient.

If you wish to return your product, it must be returned unopened in the original packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping.  Your refund will be sent within 24 hours once the product is received in good condition in the original un-opened packaging.  If the packaging is returned and has been opened, you will not receive a refund.
